Once on-site, each guard meticulously conducts patrols of the designated areas within the premises, i.e. checking windows & doors are locked and secure, including garages and vehicles if requested.
Our guards enhance accountability by taking photos of each area they check during their patrols and writing detailed notes on the app. If any suspicious activity is observed, it is documented, or if everything is secure, they record it as "all clear." These notes, along with the photos, are immediately uploaded to the app.
HOUSEHOLD PATROLS EXPLAINED

When suspicious activity is detected, our guards act swiftly by immediately notifying local authorities to ensure a rapid response. In the meantime, the security guard will take necessary action to apprehend the perpetrator, ensuring the safety of the property and its occupants until law enforcement arrives.

Each of our security operatives is recruited for their policing, military, or extensive security experience, guaranteeing a highly skilled team of professionals. All operatives hold a minimum of a Door Supervisor licence issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) and are first-aid qualified, meaning they can respond to medical emergencies if needed.

This platform also supports geofencing, ensuring guards remain in their designated patrol areas. Any deviation from assigned zones triggers an alert, ensuring that security coverage is uninterrupted and precisely where it needs to be.
As part of our commitment to transparency and customer engagement, we provide all our clients with their own login details, giving you the ability to live track and monitor the security at your household. This means you can see who is on shift, when they are patrolling your area, and even view the real-time movements of the security personnel assigned to your neighborhood.
