The company is the brainchild of Sean, a distinguished security expert whose journey began in the British armed forces at the age of 17. By 19, Sean had embarked on his first operational tour in Iraq and later served as a sniper in Afghanistan. Sean has accumulated over 14 years of diverse security experience. His career has varied from working as a door supervisor in nightclubs across the UK, to more notable stints as a Close Protection operative working at a private polo event for a UHNW family and extending to the 2012 London Olympics. Sean further honed his expertise by leading a residential security team for a UHNW family in the UK and working on high-stake (DOD) department of defence contracts for the U.S Government in Iraq, including protecting high-ranking military officers, VIPs, dignitaries, and politicians. Furthermore Sean has worked as a security, training and development manager.
His dedication was exemplified by working as a Bodyguard in Dubai and by his leadership skills during a major incident in Kurdistan, where he oversaw the emergency evacuation of over a thousand personnel. This commitment and experience form the bedrock of Optima Risk Management, a company dedicated to client safety and operational excellence. Under Sean's leadership, Optima Risk Management is redefining security standards by combining a friendly, professional approach with a rigorous, disciplined operational framework.
Togy George, founder and Director of both Optima Plus Recruitment and Optima Risk Management, is a successful business manager who has utilized his extensive experience and knowledge to establish Optima Plus Recruitment's stellar reputation. Under his strategic leadership, the company has become a trusted name in the recruitment industry.
